Supervised Visitation & Safe Exchange Center

Supervised Visitation provides parents/guardians and children the opportunity to maintain meaningful relationships in a neutral, safe, and child-focused environment. Visits take place at the Center and are overseen by trained visitation monitors, with security staff onsite at all times. Staff closely observe all visits and may intervene when necessary to support appropriate parent-child interactions and ensure the physical and emotional safety of all participants.

Monitored Exchanges involve the structured transfer of a child from one parent/guardian to another at the Center. Exchanges occur at prearranged times to prevent contact between adults, minimizing conflict and ensuring the child’s safety and emotional well-being. This process allows transitions to occur calmly and securely, keeping the focus on the child’s visit rather than parental conflict.
